1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship all across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
(Optional addition: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.)
3. Specialized Packaging
We take the utmost care in packaging our products. Given the delicate nature of our glass vials and heritage bottles, each order is securely packed with multi-layered protective materials to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Damages and Transit Issues
While we ensure secure packaging, transit damages can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is any breakage or leakage, please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.
