Sugandhit Itraya - Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We craft each fragrance with the utmost precision and purity. Since our perfumes and attars fall under the personal care category, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure the hygiene, safety, and premium quality of our products for all our customers.
Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase:
1. No Returns & No Refunds
Once an order is successfully placed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Because fragrances are personal care items, we cannot take them back once they have left our warehouse. This strict policy guarantees that every customer receives a 100% pure, authentic, and completely untouched product.
2. No Order Cancellations
Our system is optimized for fast processing. The moment an order is received, it is immediately sent for packing and dispatch. Therefore, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
We highly recommend double-checking the items in your cart, the quantities, and your complete delivery address before making the final payment.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While our policy does not cover refunds or cancellations, we take full responsibility for your experience. If you receive a damaged product (broken vial) or an incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement.
To claim a replacement, the following conditions are mandatory:
A clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the completely sealed package to the opening of the product is required.
You must send this video to our support team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: No claims for damage or wrong items will be entertained without an unboxing video. Even in approved cases, we do not offer monetary refunds; a fresh replacement of the same product will be dispatched.
